Molly Lindsay rabe, founder
Molly Lindsay Rabe is a dancer, educator, and choreographer originally from Kiel, Wisconsin. She began her dance training at age three under the instruction of Sue Darrow, studying ballet, tap, and jazz.
With over a decade of experience as a dance educator, Molly has developed and implemented dance curriculum for a wide range of ages and abilities, from early childhood (18 months–3 years) through adults. Her work includes coaching school teams, teaching in both public and private schools, and choreographing for musicals and show choirs.
Molly earned her Masters in Administrative Leadership in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has worked for nearly a decade in student leadership programing, instructional design, and building intentional spaces for students to feel welcomed. She brings a unique expertise to the dance industry, combining her academic background with her passion for dance education.
As a facilitator, Molly is known for her high-spirited and welcoming energy. Her professional portfolio includes development and facilitation of content around feedback, goal-setting, leadership development and more. Most recently she worked as education manager with Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, creating and facilitating educational content for collegiate women, and has previously facilitated for organizations including Alpha Chi Omega and Girls on the Run.
Molly believes in the transformative power of the arts and is deeply committed to making dance a positive experience for all. By blending her expertise in education and dance, she strives to equip dancers not only with strong technical foundations, but also with lifelong skills such as confidence, leadership, teamwork, community building, and self-expression.
